As a founding member of the incredible O2e Ordinary to Extraordinary UK charity, Soundcraft’s Chairman Kevin Smith tackles another outstanding cycle challenge.
In celebrating 20 amazing years of O2e, this September saw 100 intrepid cyclists making the epic journey from Northern France, through Belgium, Netherlands and finally to Luxembourg for a total of 250 miles in the saddle over three days!
Not only was it one of the biggest group endeavours achieved, but it raised a truly extraordinary total of £150,000! A life-changing, and possibly charity-saving amount to support children and young people dealing with life-limiting disability and terminal illness.
O2e is a 100% non-profit making organisation, so every penny raised goes directly to this year’s nominated charities:
As always, every rider was completely self-funded and driven by pedal-power dedication to support O2e’s commitment in continuing to provide substantial financial help for vital UK charities who work tirelessly with children, young people and families who rely on their support.
