Never known to refuse a formidable challenge, our Chairman Kevin Smith will be riding out this week with 70 valiant O2e cyclists to embark on 250 miles through five countries in just two and a half days.
Their mission is to raise substantial funds for children and young people dealing with life-limiting disability and terminal illness by taking on a gruelling route from Dunkirk to Koblenz in Germany…
Day one sees the group travelling to the French coast, where riders will head across Northern France and Belgium; with day two pushing them through from Belgium, across the Netherlands and into Westphalia. The final day gears up for a 100-mile stretch, navigating some hard climbs through Germany, eventually reaching the Rhine and then on to the confluence of the Rhine and Moselle rivers in Koblenz.
Each rider is completely self-funded and driven by sheer pedal-power determination for O2e Ordinary to Extraordinary – Soundcraft’s longstanding charity partner, committed to providing financial support for essential charities working with children, young people and families who rely on their vital support.
It would be incredible if you or your company can support Kevin and the riders as they push through to the finish line for this phenomenal cycle challenge!
