In response to sustained growth and an expanding portfolio, Soundcraft is delighted to announce the promotion of Rob O’Connell to the role of Director of Projects.
Rob joined Soundcraft as Site Supervisor on the award-winning Bournemouth Berry Court project in 2017, he continued to oversee key developments before taking the position of Project Manager for the Aluminium Department in April 2024 and became an integral part of Soundcraft’s senior management team.
Having directed site teams across high-level projects, this promotion now sees Rob step up to the new role of Director of Projects, applying his extensive knowledge and proven experience in a pivotal role to manage site supervisors and ensure the consistent and successful delivery of Soundcraft projects.
Announcing this significant appointment, Managing Director Michael Bishop said: “Rob is positioned to strengthen operational performance across Soundcraft’s expanding project portfolio.
