New Acres

Delivering on every level for landmark urban regeneration.

Soundcraft was appointed by Countryside Partnerships for Legal & General (LGIM Real Assets) to design, manufacture and install windows, doors and curtain walling across the New Acres landmark development in South West London.

Constructed over five residential buildings, New Acres comprises 480 PRS homes and 15,000 sq ft of mixed-use facilities, with retail, office and open spaces for a new community on the former Homebase site in Wandsworth.

Soundcraft teams worked concurrently on all building projects across each of the five tower blocks, varying from 9 to 16 storeys, to accomplish completion stages within a strategic 18-month timeframe.

New Acres looks to create high-quality homes for rent by bringing brownfield sites into effective use for long-term sustainability.

Performance Products

• The project incorporates more than 2,000 Soundcraft high-performance products for thermally efficient doors, windows and curtain walling.
