Michael joined Soundcraft in 2006, progressing from Fabricator to Fabrication Supervisor and Technical Estimator to Commercial Manager, honing his specialist skills and extensive product knowledge in all sectors. Appointed as Commercial Director in 2020, Michael led business development and SAAS financial operations driven by highly responsive levels of customer service. With a commitment to uphold the company’s long-established integrity for performance, Michael was appointed Managing Director of the Soundcraft company in January 2025.

Lee started his Soundcraft career in 1998 as a Bench Joiner and Wood Machinist. Driven by a clear focus on future-led technology and design, his vast technical manufacturing experience spans the company’s timber, hybrid and aluminium sectors. Having progressed to Production Director in 2020, Lee managed all aspects of Soundcraft products, from development and specification to delivery and installation. Lee was appointed to the role of Company Director at Soundcraft in January 2025.

Kevin joined Soundcraft in 1982 and evolved leadership of the company from his father in 1985, with key responsibility for the overall strategic direction, financial operations and management of its property portfolio. Under his successful guidance and more than forty years at the helm, Soundcraft now stands as one of the UK’s foremost fabrication companies, renowned for the manufacture, design and installation of high-performance doors, windows, and curtain walling systems for major contractors.

Rob has been integral to Soundcraft’s success since 1982, leading projects, establishing expert teams and building a reputation for excellence. Having successfully steered the company as Managing Director from 2012 to 2024, Rob’s wealth of industry experience and in-depth knowledge encompasses all aspects of the business. He remains fully invested and focussed on elements central to Soundcraft and works actively on the Board of Directors.
