We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to assist our Contracts Directors, previous experience within the construction sector would be a distinct advantage.
This is a friendly but very busy office, you must be highly organized and be able to work under pressure and priorities task. You should be a team player with a “can do” attitude.
The position holder would need to be computer literate with a knowledge of Word, Excel and Sage.
Duties would include the following:
• Processing purchase orders
• Raising Invoices
• Chasing Payments
• Monitoring Sales Website
• Compiling O&M Manuals
• Updating Departmental Spread Sheets
• Maintaining quotation system and filing
