Kevin Smith, Chairman, joined Soundcraft in 1982 and took over the running of the business from his father (and Soundcraft’s founder) in 1985. Kevin has extensive experience of construction and has responsibility for overall strategic direction, plus all financial aspects and the Company’s property portfolio.
Rob Thomson, Managing Director, assumed the MD role on 1 August 2012, having been previously Operations Director. Rob joined Soundcraft in 1982 and has considerable hands on experience of all aspects of the business as it has grown and consolidated over the years.
Terry Marshall, Director, responsible for sales & marketing, and technical performance issues. Terry, formerly MD, started his new role on 1 August 2012. He will focus on digital marketing of the Company’s wide portfolio of products and services, along with product development.
